What we look for when assessing an investment?

• Minimum of 2 acres with no upper limit.


• Larger sites from boundaries which ideally comprise of a few fields to avoid shading.


• Flat or South-facing land grade 3B or below.


• 11 KV electricity line within 1000 m that goes directly to a sub station; or


• 33 KV electricity line within 500 m.


• No overlooking buildings.


• Accessible by articulated lorries.


• Not adjacent to historic monuments, conservation areas, protected wildlife, etc.
